We all know how gratifying it is to engage with a company that takes pride in the quality of its service and it has always been crucial to me that customers feel that way about working with us. I’m therefore delighted to highlight a number of recent milestones that underline our commitment to ongoing improvement in this area.

A new office in Germany is the latest addition to our global network and will boost local support to both new and established customers across the full product range. The opening mirrors our expansion in Japan earlier in the year where we now have a growing team supported by a new Japanese-language website at www.powderflow.com. Away from these headline activities, the ongoing requirement for quality and efficiency demands optimised systems and rigorous attention to detail so I’m equally pleased to announce our attainment of the new ISO9001:2015 Quality Management standard, which scrutinises every aspect of business operation and performance.

These achievements are the product of significant work by the whole team, who like me share the vision of a customer experience that is second to none, and recognise that continuous improvement is the way to achieve it.
