Showtime US style

By Tim Freeman

Attending two US shows in quick succession, the Freeman Technology Inc. team has spent an intensive two weeks meeting and working with people who process powders, and as always it’s been an illuminating experience.

Our links with the pharmaceutical industry ensured there were many familiar faces  at Interphex in New York and it’s always rewarding when visitors tell us they are really seeing the benefits of using the FT4 Powder Rheometer. Many of the people we spoke to this year were from small to mid-size pharma companies, or those focusing in specialist areas, bringing new dimensions to the use of our powder characterisation solutions.

Happy New Year

By Tim Freeman

I have to confess that I’ve left conventional powders behind over the past few days, searching out instead powdered snow, in pursuit of a little fresh air and exercise. A great way to start 2012 and good preparation for a very exciting and busy time ahead where the focus most definitely will be powders of a more industrially important variety.
